It’s the new year. A time of renewal. A time to think about how you would like to live your life (yes, like the Bon Jovi song). What changes would you like to make? What would you like to accomplish?Our goals always involve losing weight, getting fit, eating better, and loving more. This year is no exception. We are still working on making more concrete fitness goals (we should have them done by next week), but we also resolve to:
- Be more flexible and go with the flow (Jimmy);
- Wear braids (not the Bo Derek kind) more (Darla);
- Draw, write poetry, and read more (Darla);
- Pledge to do what it takes to finish our 365 day odyssey (Jimmy and Darla).
