Day 13 of OUR 365 day odyssey

As Odysseus began his voyage, we have too (and by “we” I mean all of us who are committing to be fit).  We are on our way.  Good news for me.  I dropped one pound.  Hooray for small triumphs.  I am checking out some good calorie tracking sites and will let you know if I find one.  Today we went to the gym.  1 mile on the treadmill, weights, and sit ups.  I am actually starting to feel better and I am feeling a little less resistance to going to the gym.  I am looking forward to jumping rope with the WU Jump Club 🙂
