Day 18 of OUR 365 day odyssey

If you think about it, working out is a way of showing ourselves love.  No time to show yourself some love – really?
Today I warmed up for .5 miles on the treadmill, weights for 30 minutes, stair climber 23 floors in 5 minutes, ran up and down my stairs at home for times total, and finished with stomach work.
So, back to my original question “Have you shown yourself some love today?”
