Day 27 of OUR 365 day odyssey

Weights for me today!  Leg extensions, hack squat, sled, adductors, abductors, calves (legs were on the machines – 3 sets each); biceps, shoulder presses, bent over row, triceps (free weights, 2 sets each); abs.  I wish we could have done some cardio afterward but time and the fact that my legs were literally shaking stopped me.  Whatever you do today, do it with enthusiasm and love šŸ™‚
