The WU Jump Club met today for Monday Basement Boot Camp.  I give props to Wilmetta, Warren, and Carolyn because I added an extra two sets to their stair work (so they are now doing 4 flights up (6x), 4 flights down (6x)) and they didn’t even flinch.  That is what I am talking about – pure dedication (or insanity).  We also added two more calisthenic type moves to our repertoire.  At the end of the workout I was dripping sweat.  That’s right – I am not afraid to claim it – I sweat.  Let me know how you got your sweat on today.  Happy Monday and a special shout out to Erica (check out her blog, “I Run Because…I Can” at http://www.ericarunning.com/).
