do you do when you hit a “snag” in your exercise routine? Do you throw your hands in the air in despair? Do you give up? Noooooooo, you read the posts of extraordinary people like yourselves for motivation. If you haven’t guessed, I have hit a little snag in my schedule and my exercise goals have taken a bit of a hit.
