In the spirit of this Boot Camp Weekend…

And for those of you running 5ks, 10ks, half or full-marathons…And for those of you who are tired and don’t think you can accomplish what you need to do this weekend, I thought this might be appropriate:

  1. On the way to the gym!! How long did it take you to type supercal….I did 300 squats while you were writing that.

    • Dana, You did not do 300 squats while I was writing supercalifragilisticexpialidocious (heehee) – now you will probably saw you did all your planks while I was writing this. Have fun at the gym. My jacks are done!

  2. We couldn’t do our 5k walk/run today because we got up late, and Jimmy had do some shipping and get to work, so we walked a bit, then jogged through our park, up a big hill and all the way home. I am proud of the jogging effort. Then I did 100 jumping jacks in a row and 75 squats in a row. I’m on a roll now, but notice that the pushups and planks have yet to be attempted…

  3. Love the quote. Now if you could find one that has something to do with me being the only one who is not telling me that I’m crazy to think I can do it all in a day.

    • Jimmy is right there with you, Cynthia. I think he has his entire boot camp (with the exception of 50 jumping jacks and 20 push ups) done tomorrow morning before his leaves for work — it’s not going to be easy, but I am going to make sure he gets it done. I also have a lot left to do. The planks, push ups, and wall squarts could be a deal breaker. ~Karma
