Day 214 of OUR 365 Day Odyssey

After reading this quote I felt somehow bigger, definitely braver, and more determined than ever.  I hope it does the same for you.

Try hard, and if that doesn’t get you where you want to go, try harder.

  1. Okay I got up and out with Pheobe this morning…..didn’t want to……
I have to work the next six days because I was not clear in a question that I asked somebody, not looking forward to it but there is no going back now, and Super Mario Bros. is still all wrapped up:)
    Happy Tuesday!

    • Smith – I had to ask Jimmy about the Super Mario Brothers reference and he said it was a “Facebook” thing :). Glad to hear it’s wrapped up – exercise first – then Super Mario Bros. Sorry to hear about work. It’s going to be grueling, but keep telling yourself, it’s only 6 days. How is school going?

    • I thought you would like that quote, Jody :). It fits your valiant efforts day by day. Besides your run on Sundays, do you do your cardio in the gym on one of the cardio machines?

  2. You always come up with a quote that makes the mind and body work. I am also headed out to take Dano for his daily. I figure he really needs it now as AARP sent him a card in the mail yesterday. ( can you believe) Anyway hope all have a good day. M.

  3. Went out for the run a bit late today, so we had an extra sweaty run, but still managed some boot camp when we came home.
Depending on how much work I get done, and if it rains in St. Louis, I may cut the grass today.
I hope all of you have a great day.

  4. After a wonderful vacation, some computer problems, and the okay from my orthopedic doctor today…I’m scheduled to meet with my trainer to do weights for 50 minutes tomorrow, then ZUMBA! Yay!!!

Loved reading the past posts from this month! Thanks for all the inspiration, Karma!

  5. Love the quote: try harder. That’s really what it’s all about, isn’t it?

Short run (6K) this morning, then ran/walked with LI. The run is never over until he has his turn too:)

Jimmy, tennis players are serious so I think a serious towel. I did ask my husband, though, who is putting more thought into it. I’ll let you know.
