  1. Love this, doing it right after I type this. Great workout at the gym today and yes, spring has sprung in Seattle(for atleast a day.)Happy hump day!!

  2. Jimmy told me his right leg was hurting today and when I asked why he said it was because he did the ass burners but only had time to do one side. That made me laugh. I was running around like a chicken with my head cutoff today so I didn’t get a chance to do these, but I promise you I will tomorrow!
